From the moment you ask for a site survey to software upgrades in the years following your digital dictation or speech recognition installation, we're there to help you.
Service level agreement
Every Voice Technologies installation is backed by a high level of support and customer care. These service agreements run on an annual basis and include our guaranteed response times for telephone, online and on-site support.
Fault repair service
And, if something does go wrong, we can repair every item of dictation and transcription hardware we supply. This includes the full range of Speechmikes, foot controls and all makes of digital portable recording devices. These repairs can be carried out on-site if necessary. For our legal sector clients we offer a DX & LP back-to-base repair service. This is an economical and fast method of repairing equipment.
Software assurance
Our programme of software assurance is designed to keep your system up to date with the latest releases of digital dictation software including fixes, patches and enhancements.
Analogue to digital migration
Changing the way you manage dictations can have an effect on your working practices, your staff and your services. Even issues like dealing with historic tape recordings could have an impact. We'll be there to help minimise any impact with training, support and fast response times.
